The food looks Amazing. I would eat everything there. Start with the savory stuff - finger sandwiches. Scones before dessert. I think afternoon tea that starts at 4pm is late. If lunch is at noon, then 3pm or 3:30 pm afternoon tea break is good. Dinner at 7:30 pm or 8 pm. I'm in the U.S., we don't have afternoon tea ☕ but we can go to Starbucks or Dunkin and improvise. 😀

Utter nonsense. As long as you arent disturbing anyone and being respectful of your fellow mates and the servers eat and drink however you want. Eat a tiny cake with your hand. Use the same knife for cream and jam just dontncontaminate the communal bowls. Eat the scone like a sandwich if you can do it cleanly. If food is on your face other than mouth then use the hanky to wipe.
