You don't understand. It's ridiculously difficult to focus when you are suddenly in a different time zone with jet lag and hardly enough sleep. Ding arrived very late and without even a second. He got no time to prepare because he was busy qualifying when everyone else was preparing.. I hope Magnus refuses to play only because it would give Ding a shot.. he's one of the most deserving candidates as of now. 😉

This is by far the most motivational Candidates in recent time. Come on, Ding couldn’t play necessary matches to qualify for candidates, he had to play at 4 in morning, and hikaru proved that he is not only fast but also furious. Also not to mention, Ding is without any second or team to prepare. Nepo is on fire of revenge. so many storylines!!! It was a roller coaster.

Yeah kinda a happy ending. Nepo got his redemption arc, hopefully the next WCC won't be as bad even if he loses. Ding proved that he is still a beast and a worthy challenger after the last minute inclusion controversy and a bad start. Hikaru proved to the chess world that he is also still a beast, a streamerman that won Grand Prix and 3rd at candidates. It's kinda sad for Fabi. But he seems to lost interest in the tournament after the fact that it's almost impossible to be 1st. He seems doesn't care about being 2nd.

at 17:15 why Don't you show what if Hikaru put his rook to A4 instead of rook to A6 ? that move Allow to Save the A3 bishop which seems to be trapped,

I really hope Ding wins the battle for the title of World Chess Champion against either Nepo, or even Magnus, because, although I believe Ding would have a hard time with Magnus, I do think that he has a good chance of winning against Nepo. Only thing that really screwed him over in this tournament was the defeat against Radjabov, but then again, a 15 year old Radjabov defeated Garry Kasparov and ended his long wing streak.
