I just recently found your channel. I enjoy it so much, as I get a vicarious thrill from watching you searching for agates. I was 70 years old this week, and my parents used to have a lapidary shop when I was young. I really miss the fun and wonder and creativity of it. Please do show lapidary vids!

Another channel that I follow, the ladies put together an Amazon Wish List and were discussing it on one of their adventures and the next thing they knew, their subscribers started purchasing items off their list for them! To date they have been able to secure 2 new Canon cameras complete with the sound muffler attachment, a new laptop and countless items needed for making jewelry. As I said, just a suggestion. Hopefully you reach 20K subscribers by the end of the year!! I have enjoyed ( vicariously) the rockhound game in the wild! I am 68 years old and have never been able to do that kind of rock collecting, being married with 5 children slows up what you can budget for. I live in South Texas over the Edward’s Aquifer surrounded by a trillion tons of limestone and a few pockets of aragonite crystals! Back on the coast of Virginia where I grew up there were not many collecting sites that had much more than fossils( which is great if you’re interested in invertebrate paleontology, NOT) I always loved agates after reading Leland Quick’s book “ The Book of Agates” published by the Lapidary Journal years ago!! My son studied geology at UTSA and I got to go along on several field trips with him to places where something other than sedimentary limestone was actually fieldstone!! Keep these videos coming, greatly enjoyed every one that I manage to see!! Love from South Texas 🤠❤️👍🎄

Do you sell rocks? I'd like to get an assortment for Christmas for a couple of my grand children who are into rocks. I like agates, most, but some of the multicolor petrified wood and jasper are amazing. You are indeed lucky to have such rock hunting in your backyard. Over here in N Id, we have lots of neat stuff, but these types of rocks are not one of them (at least near by). btw, did the job opportunity work out? My youngest son just graduated from PA school in Texas. Best of luck.
