Giday Alex, nice to know the family is doing well. That’s always the priority. Some great finds with those agates. Yes I am one of those who really like those Jaspers and you nailed a couple of super pieces.I think it’s the range of colours and formations that can be found in Jaspers that is so interesting. Great to see you out and about again, I always enjoy catching up on your videos. Keep Safe & Keep Rockin.

Gorgeous finds. We came through there in the fall several times. Really hard to describe the beauty. I looked with envy at the gravel bars! Get one of those back supports you wrap around your body.

To funny that is the island I was on recently 😂 but from the other side you can drive close and walk there and there is plenty of clean stuff all over the island and I can take you anytime. Those two at 10:20 might be some I left there I did leave a few laying by each other for others to find.

You should purchase a small metal shrub rake,you can rake the banks very gently,and tease out more out the sand banks !Mine came from Amazon, it was a Martha Stewart with a telescoping handle,and it was reasonable .

Alex, great timing on the release of a new video. Just yesterday I was thinking it would be nice to see something from you soon and no sooner had I thought that and here you are. Lots of very nice PW on this adventure. That piece with the two agate bands would look awesome with an end sliced off.

I always seem to find pairs of the same thing in the creek. I guess the water flow has a tendency to group similar size and density stones maybe 🤷🏻♂️ Cool finds 👍🏼

I found my first Lake Superrior Agate that was over a pound! Wise words from an old timer picker I know. "Wanna know how to find big Agates? Look in the big rocks!"
@rudyjames24583 жыл бұрын
Ive found in looking at dirty rocks on the Mississippi, that if you wanna find the big ones you gotta just look at all the big dirty rocks and look for that big agate shape skin etc.
