I used a saw to cut open five trancas geodes from Mexico! These geodes are filled with beautiful crystals and they also react to UV light!! Nice. Almost all of the Tranca's geodes I have ever cut are heavy in calcedony, which is a beautiful green color. Blue hue opal, and orange calcite.

Series of ideas that would make more sense if we were having an in-person conversation- First, I'd love it if you could post some high-quality dry shots of this batch. I love getting lost in the swirls and details. Secondly, that solid 'messy' one, do you think that middle bit would/could pop out of the rest to create a pocket? Or is it super-duper solid? Thirdly, I had to look up Goethite because I thought it was pronounced like Goethe (I can't figure out how to write that out) but it's like... Gaah-thight. Which, why is it different, Germans?! Fourthly, I love UV lights and I'm looking forward to getting a second one so I can have a short-wave and a long-wave and see more overall 😅
