I got rid of all of my IBS IBD diverticulitis and gastritis symptoms by going on carnivore diet and stimulating the vagus nerve with 5HTP. Yeah it helps I can finally see my feet and I don’t remember the last time I could see my feet I lost 4 inches off my waist so it’s 39 inches now and 4 inches off my stomach so it’s 41 now. in my country i buy colpermin which is still peppermint capsules and they say to take 1 capsule 3 times a daily but as i can get acid reflux i take one a day and it works just fine
