Well said coach, I'm a 60 year old cyclist (mountain bike, enduro, xc) and also a yoga teacher for the last 30 years. I have been teaching a yoga class to my biker mates for a few years and have noticed they also need shoulder and thoracic spine mobility exercises, backbends in particular so you don't look like that OAP sign. If anyone is interested in yoga search out your local Iyengar yoga class as they receive the best training.
Made the mistake of watching this video right before I was hitting the shower. No time like the present, wow that was quite a 40 seconds or so. Interesting to observe your body and mind react 🚿

Weird. I’m 55 and because I’ve started cycling and running every other day I’m fitter than ever. It seems that I get fitter as I get older. I’ll give you a race when I’m 100 and beyond.
