The mushroom tutorial (especially the flatter ones that tend to grow on logs) was really helpful. I've been painting more textured things, and bark is always fun, but it's pretty simple, so adding mushrooms to a mossy bark painting will up my game a lot.

I clean and repurpose frames. After breaking many a pane of glass I started using an old fluffy towel to lay the glass on to clean it. Works great and I haven't broken one since.

I love this! The bright colors of the moths and mushrooms just POPS against the dark haunted look of the lantern itself, and together they create something amazing! If you have any left over spray paint cans, what if you made them into little lanterns with shapes in them? Like, cut out shapes of moths, stars, clouds, etc. and paint the outside to make it look pretty. AND, you can put LEDs in them :)

It's over the top, but sometimes we need a little over the top! It's still amazing and I love what you did with it. Also the broken glass you had felt like it added to it rather then take away. That little mistake made it feel like it was a forgotten piece more since normally Glass wouldn't stay all neat and tidy after a long while. Like the vines broke it as they made this their home.

You COULD get masking latex for when you need to cover certain areas but you've made stuff around it. At least I THINK that could work... and if you felt like it, you CAN use the "strings" of glue and make it look like spiderweb ^^
