The apartment is adorable, classic timeless vision of beauty, the restorations are impeccable. The entry way courtyard and the elevator add whimsy. Favorite features, the floors, fresco's, the fireplace art, the marble and tiles, the furnishings throughout...Favorite area the office with the cute terrace is EVERYTHING! the perfect hide away spot. As usual, you're at the top of your game, Mr. Romolini! And what a stunning apartment. The floors are absolutely gorgeous - I watched the video twice just to look at them again! I also love the marble in all the doorways - what a nice idea, and obviously well-done. The person who did the decorating and furnishing is worth every penny of what they cost - - it is so tasteful, so classical, and yet has a touch of fun (I actually have some animal portrait pillows too!). Wonderful apartment and usual informative presentation. I spent my University senior year of Architecture in a study abroad program and I lived in an old building on Borgo San Frediano near the the Ponte alla Carraia. Our room overlooked a beautiful interior garden (I don't remember the house number) and even experienced a small earthquake shake- it was 1969. I loved Florence so much.

What a beautiful and sensitively renovated apartment. I loved the wooden doors on entry; courtyard; the old looking wooden chairs and the pale coloured walls and the frescoed ceilings. I have the Botanicum book and I noticed that the owner perhaps loves plants. The added bonus is that this stunning apartment is in Florence. I love watching your elegant and well presented videos.

Yes, Jordan and Emanuele, but their apartment was a fraction of this size so they may have purchased abutting units. Jordan claimed that it was not common for young adults to own property at their age, however, they are going to make a hefty profit on this one. No wonder they have not been around for a while. By the way keep it quiet as to the owners of this property as it may burst the bubble of most of the female viewers of Signor Romolini's channel. I can just hear them now, all the good looking ones are.

Mike I understand exactly what your saying, yet consider the property from late 1700’s hundred to good into the 1800. Italian cooking is at the center , at the heart of Italian tradition. This can easily be redesigning the kitchen in an area that has counter space and dining tables so the whole cooking experience is a family event ( everyone vet’s involved). In American new design we see such a trend and the hosting starts around big counters On the kitchen isles were the cook is interacting with friends and family during preparation of the meal. Kitchen today has a place for all. I do agree it should not be adjacent to living rooms un less their is considerable distances among them

Mike, if you wish to see this property from just a while ago when two young men purchased part of it see: The Britalian Job. The kitchen living room combo at that time was essentially it minus the bedroom. They obviously bought adjacent units and combined them. Another viewer recognised the similarity with the first unit. I would be interested if you decide to watch their video if you identify the first rooms as the only part of the unit which they purchased. Without rewatching the videos, other units must have been purchased shortly thereafter. Not surprisingly their channel seems to have disappeared as they are coming into money from this impending sale.
