Would you give a differential of synovial sarcoma for cases of digital papillary adenocarcinoma and do ihc to confirm?

I got my diagnosis on January 10th. Scheduled to have my right index finger removed below the last knuckle. February 25th (tomorrow) Had a mass removed from the palm inside of my hand below the index finger. Originally was told it was a ganglion cyst. I choose to have it removed just because I had already hit my out of pocket max for the year. PET scan shows it hasn’t spread. I feel unfortunate and extremely lucky all at the same time.

I was diagnosed 1/10/22, right index finger removed 2/24/22. I had a radial amputation. Scans show the rest of my body is clear at 6 month check up. Hope all is well with y’all. 🙏🏼
