Im a Maori Kiwi in NZ, due to misguided youth, i will never see the beauty of the ghats in real life. So be it, thats life. But i love Indic culture as much as i love my Maori culture. We have a healing plant here called kawakawa, colonisers named it Pepper tree, when they shower a black pepper plant, i thought, that reminds me of a kawakawa leaf, then when they said the name pepper tree, i had a nice moment from recognising a cousin to our kawakawa. Beautiful doco. ❤️❤️

I Watched this Video during lockdown in March 2020. Since then I dont know why , I keep on watching and reading about Aghanashini.. And I unknowingly made a Bondage with this river like a child wanna meet mother .. Being a regular cycling , and Nature lover I thought of exploring this river and surroundings by walk and camping. Oct 16th I am starting from Bengaluru with 2 more like minded. Thanks allot LandScape Wizards and team for such a fantastic work. Probably you may not know how your video inspiring the world. I am just a small example.. Aghanashini I am just coming to touch you feel you and be with you for few days.

Thank you Ashwini Kumar Bhat and team for presenting this historic and beautiful story. The Aghanashini is an river of my motherland and her land of forests has to be saved. Also there are lots of things which are not mentioned in this video. It might not be possible to explain all of them in short time. Anyway you have done the job which is most required and presented it beautifully.
