David I LOVE all your videos. I love your excel video, and I watched all your PMP videos. I took the class with another vendor, but I truly believe that I passed my first try because of your practical video's. Thank you!

Hi David, it is excellent videos. I have started preparing for PMP exam. I found your videos really educative and made my concept clear. Do you have videos on traditional PM, like on Predictive methodology?

I do 🙂 - I have the full "waterfall" PMBOK videos from PMBOK6, I have 50 key concepts and tool videos, and I have some waterfall questions too: kzbin.info/aero/PLEWFSKHjyrwz_UKPl-jeSan5NU7RH3KRD kzbin.info/aero/PLEWFSKHjyrwycvU0Z0AeK5QfBIuyrYT0B kzbin.info/aero/PLEWFSKHjyrwywWx6mri0ooX5YVjDPrgX1

Hi David, did you mean Activities are called also stories or cards or the work packages? kind regards Guilda
@davidmclachlanproject2 жыл бұрын
I Guilda, apologies I misspoke a bit here - features are high level, releasable pieces or products. Work packages (traditional Project Management) or User Stories (Agile Project Management) are smaller pieces of the feature that can be completed by a person or team. Then the PMBOK is saying we could break work packages down further into the activities to create it. Doing this is usually part of managing the Schedule though, not the Scope. Sorry for the confusion 🙂

Hi David, The terms of planning in pmbok 7 made me so crazy 😢. What's differences between rolling wave and adaptive planning?
