Shouldn’t release planning be there before sprint planning?
@Praizion6 ай бұрын
Yes it could. 👍There are other optional additions I did not include.

Hi, 1.please where will you.place release planning in your flow? 2.was thinking sprint review ends the sprint but you have added retrospective as part of sprint. Explain please

Good question Joseph. Think about the product roadmap as being a precursor to the RELEASE PLAN. Like peeling an onion. Just remember though that it is a living, breathing artifact. Release plans are tactical and could change and be updated over time. Watch this video and see how Releases are built in to the concept: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gomUiYeId6mqmdE Although they could happen at other times, the retrospective is the final thing that should happen in a sprint since in it, the team assesses everything including the sprint review. The Scrum Team inspects how the last Sprint went with regards to individuals, interactions, processes, tools, and their Definition of Done.

So it means that it will be appropriate to add release planning to the agile process you described .Thanks so much for your support.
