i love programs like this Kasikwa Goma ,do u need to invent something to make a change . i dont think so . you need to educate people . as for women empowerment you need to make them know their rights . identify the issues i) Economic exclusion; ii) Financial systems that perpetuate their discrimination; ii) Limited participation in political and public life; iv) Lack of access to education and poor retention of girls in schools; v) Gender-based violence; vi) Harmful cultural practices, vii) Exclusion of women from peace tables, take a first step by creating awareness
