I can reccomend Preston Reeds first few albums, he's a percussive fingerstyle master and his original compositions are both catchy and will send your heart racing. He even plays them on 12 string and throws a slide in just to confound you even further. I tried learning one of his pieces and thought I was going to get arthritis before the song ended.

Roy Clark was acknowledged as one of the greatest guitarists ever. I heard him say in an interview that he regularly ran into people who were not in the professional music business, yet they were superior to him as a player. For whatever reason, they just never made that jump into the business, but they had the chops to compete with anyone on any stage.

Was napalming countless villages full of women and children in Vietnam a "service" for the USA? Was raping girls and shooting them in the face in Iraq a "service" for the USA? Please stop with that "thank you for your service" bullshit. The USA is an aggressor like Russia is now in Ukraine. No reason to be proud of - and certainly no "service" to anybody than to your weapon industry. Thank you for your attention. Steel Panther, for the majority of you who don't know, are actually a huge parody of 80s hair metal bands. That's their whole schtick. Everything they do is SUPPOSED to be over the top. You're not actually SUPPOSED to not realize that they're not really true hair metal but an over the top parody of an 80s hair metal band. Just the fact that the drummer's name is Stix Zadinia should be a hige clue it's all very tongue in cheek. The guitarist's name is Satchel. Again, obviously a hair metal parody name. The whole band knows that 80s hair metal is totally outdated. That's a huge part of their schtick. So, because it's a parody, everything they do is way over the top intentionally, because they're doing what's known as very broad parody. Mostly they're parodying Poison but also several other hair metal bands with their over the top makeup in the 80s. From the Wikipedia entry on Steel Panther: "Steel Panther is an American comedic glam metal band from Los Angeles, California. Fronted by lead singer Michael Starr, the band formed in 2000 as Metal Shop and was also known as Metal Skool before adopting the name Steel Panther in 2008. The band is known for its profane and humorous lyrics, and for parodying the stereotypical glam metal lifestyle." Additionally, guitarist "Satchel" and lead vocalist "Michael Starr" met playing together in one of the better known Van Halen tribute bands out of Los Angeles, "The Atomic Punks." Current bassist "Spyder" was also another band mate from "The Atomic Punks". (Try saying Stix Zadinia's name as all one word. Then you'll get the joke. Or you should.😉😅😂🤣)

Nothing to do with this video or this channel, but I have to ask, who at Google is short on money? Who isn't making enough money? I know Google and KZbin made an absolute fortune during the pandemic when everyone was stuck at home, so which executive isn't making enough millions of dollars? The amount of commercials on every video is just flat out ridiculous! It's painful to think that a $2 trillion dollar company just doesn't have enough money so they have to destroy what used to be a good media company by strangling it for more money. How greedy can humans be? They have the opportunity to offer the world a place to get good entertainment with little to no interruptions, but all they can think about is more money.

I am from Texas, I’m 65 years old and I can’t agree with you more! I’m having a hard time even getting Medicare thanks to the Biden administration. And to give a plus sign they also gave us Covid to cull the herd!!! God help us if Harris gets elected. Be prepared to go to war. Putin already said that would happen if she gets elected. Trump may not be the savvier but he is the solution. Plus, he has no problem talking to Putin, the Emperor of China or that little guy in Korea. Now tell me what has Biden done for this country except for us into a terrible recession, soon to be a depression if Harris gets elected. I hope somebody resist and realises that we screwed if this happens a loyal Texan a independent and a Duchess to the state of Texas. Patti Welder Victoria Texas.🫶🏼❤️👩🏻

I’m not disagreeing with you at all you are 100% right they are definitely some greedy mf’s but at the same time this is also how streamers get paid for their content. The more viewers a streamer gets the more lucrative it is to put advertisements on that persons channel because obviously higher viewers means a farther reach for the advertisements and more chance of finding the targeted audience, so some of it does make its way to content creators but not nearly enough considering the massive amount of advertising they are generating
@frodobaggins7252Ай бұрын
@@twistedfeature6696 I understand how it works, but a commercial literally every 3 minutes is just too much. Commercial television has what I would imagine is far greater overhead and they generally have struck a pretty balanced medium. What this is, is a concerted effort to get more people to sign up for ad free. For people that can't afford that it's just pure torture. Greed has dominated every aspect of the entertainment industry to the exclusion of everything else. It used to be in this country that businesses were started to offer a good service and to make the owners a decent living. Now it's "heck with the service, value and even the customers, how can we milk the pleebs for more then the 2 trillion we are already worth"? It's just obvious that enough will never be enough. They are just going to keep tweaking the platform at the viewers expense to make fat executives fatter. I would bet this channels analytics show that a fair amount of the 265k viewers that clicked on this video didn't make it past the first 25 minutes because of the 8 or 9 ads that appeared in that time.
