AGUST-D The first 4 letters are the reversed version of Suga. AGUS=SUGA. And the T-D is standing for the underground rap group that he had been part of before debuting with BTS. That group's name was D-TOWN (Town Daegu). his name has a great meaning behind it. Agust D is the combination of his past and new self. He is not just Suga of BTS or Min Yoongi from Daegu. He is the combination of both and more. As he said it in his skit.
