Just to clarify, “bts didnt sign to a big/huge label” BTS label was on the verge of bankruptcy and file for bankruptcy BTS almost disband in their N.O period because the company couldn’t support them anymore even in 2015 around the actors in BTS are BTS managers and other staff since they dont have the money to hire actors. BTS saved the label from bankruptcy and turn it into HYBE today. BTS even mention they couldn’t wear designer clothes like other kpop groups so they cut holes in black shirts to make it look more designy (does that make sense”? The bigger company would often cut BTS broadcast off from performing because they have the money and power to do so. Suga worked as a news paper boy to earn some money which caused his shoulder injury from a car accident he didnt tell the company until years later in fear the company will kick him out. Suga only recently did his shoulder injury because of complications and he never could lift his arm very high. So thats why in the song “some say i made it too easy, Fck them” Suga mentioned people dont know what’s behind the scene. (Not many people know but when BTS was getting more popular and hype around 2016, a lot of companies try to buy BTS from their company then doing what SM did to infinite. Infinite is a KPOP group a very huge kpop group but when they rival against SM’s group EXO, SM brought Infinite from their company and did nothing to them for years. Forcing them to do nothing do no music shows or sing so the popularity die out. A lot of Kpop companies wanted to do that to BTS but thankfully BTS’s company didnt sell them out. they often worked as backup dancers, background performers, advertisement models etc. until ~2015, I remember a specific instance when they performed I Need U at the back of a fashion runway show with dim light, basically as background music/performance (2015) Other companies want to basically pressure the members and Big Hit to give up, through fake news (even if it's not true, it still paints a bad image to the public), not giving them changing rooms (had to wait in the corridor, do makeup in toilets), making other celebrities humiliate them on shows, not giving them shows/as much time, offer many times to buy BTS from Big Hit (so then they can just disband them after buying them) etc, so many dirty tricks and deals

Some people think the a to the g to the u to the std is him just spelling his name and not aware of the other meaning of std but I’m more with you on this one. I think he knows exactly what he’s saying. For Agust D at his rawest and most emotional, check out the The Last. It talks about his past struggles with anxiety and depression and is very moving.

Suga really fascinates me as a rapper because he has so many sides to him, and they all feel equally authentic. I think you guys have gotten a really good look at his more badass, raunchy side, which is great, but I hope you can take a look at his other sides soon. For his more soft-spoken, emotional rap I recommend "First Love" (a Suga solo song within a BTS album), "So Far Away" (from his first mixtape Agust D) or "Dear My Friend" (from his second mixtape D-2), they're some of my favorites

This is such a great song! There's a minor cultural reference that might get missed. The Korean phrase for "I'm sorry" also has three syllables and would have fit just as well into the verse. When people say "Sorry!" instead of "Mi-ya-ne" it sort of implies that you aren't really sorry or sincere about your apology, that you aren't taking the situation seriously. So the choice itself is just an additional insult he's tossing out.

yeah i guess the best way to view this is that agust d and suga are 2 different personas of min yoongi. agust d was born in 2016 and the first mixtape is just agust d introducing himself and speaking from his pov about the things that happened to both suga and min yoongi. d-2 which is the latest agust d mixtape follows the same energy except the origianl aggression agust d had and was known for is just no longer there. both suga and agust d grew as characters and personas just as min yoongi grew. it's amazing character building on yoongi's part

FYI, “the last” and “agust d” both are from his first mixtape from 2016. His early stuff is like rm, more aggressive.
