Usyk to stop Fury in round 10. Fury’s meltdown after the face off speaks to his deep fear and anxiety and insecurities around Usyk. You can’t win a fight with rage. His first loss to a much smaller man has humbled him.

@majenazprahy9909Ай бұрын
Thanks for your breakdown and bold prediction- I have been waiting for it :) I have been watching both Usyk and Fury very closely since the first match as I honesly became quite fascinated by it. What I find most interesting in it, is the clash of the 2 personalities- for me almost archetypal. And what really strikes me is how much Fury changed since that first match. I see him as a very much changed man, and not for good. He looks like his ego was badly hurt by the loss, he took it very personally and still have not got over it. I believe he has had deep psychological issues and they are likely to become even worse after an intense camp in seclusion. I honestly think he is an emotional mess. He puts on that ominous face of a cold revengeful monk and I have a creepy feeling that he means it. I also believe that his Dad not being in the team is a big destabilizing blow to him- I think his Dad was a big emotional support to him, taking away a lot of tension from Fury. What strikes me is the pure personal hatred he expresses towards Usyk- not talking about titles, victory, legacy, big match etc- but just repeats his intention to badly hurt Usyk. That crazy stare-down just blew the lid off it. There are videos with full sound of what they were saying to each other and it was just ridiculous from Fury's side, even for his standards. So I think Fury is a mess in a downfall who can cause a lot damage as he goes down. I see Usyk as the one who has everything to win and he will. Fury will get out of control, be driven by revenge, will get as dirty, violent and cunning as he can. He has everything to cause big damage, but in the end it will be clear victory for Usyk and embarassment for Fury. I think this is Fury's match and he will lose it. Usyk does not need the match, he has already won. And that is my take from the fantasy novel point of view.

@murozmanАй бұрын
@MrMedicalUK Fury is very awkward and has an unusual rhythm. He will always be difficult to fight but once you have his timing and thw more predictable habits down you can have some success, the dropping of the lead hand before the jab, the double feint before moving in, the lean back with the extended stiff arm when you attack, the squaring up when throwing the right hand, there is nothing on that flicking jab, the showboating when he's looking for a breather, etc. There are so many weaknesses there despite his great talent.

I think fury is gonna try and put the pressure on earlier and maybe land a few more shots but also take a few more significant ones in the process. I think as Fury slows Usyk will start to back Fury up as he did in the first fight. I think its gonna be another classic whatever happens and honestly can't wait

The problem with people who hang their hat on compubox OR AI punch counting is that all punches are not worth the same. The Jab/Power Punch thing doesn't sort that out as some jabs are way more damaging than some shots classed as power shots. It depends how they are thrown and how clean they connect. How many light shots to the body are worth one thundering hook to the sides? How many flicker jabs are worth a hard straight jab? How many glancing checkhooks with no weight behind them are worth a massive hook with planted feet labding flush on the temple? If a boxer lands 20 blows and their opponents 5, OK you can use a punch count to say who won. If one lands 10 and the other 15? No. You need experienced human eyes and judgement to determine who hurt who more. AI could solve this but not my mere punch counting. You'd need the weight of each fighter and an algorithm that could accurately detemine how much force was actually being delivered. Until then, idiots claiming X clearly won Y round because Jabber said they landed five more punches are to be ignored.

Nothing can ever be determined about Fury's state of mind, he suffers from bipolar and will always experience intermittent cognitive impairment. This was seen in the fight with Usyk when he was showboating and experiencing delusions of grandeur, he was clearly having a manic high, after the fight he insisted he felt the fight was too easy, and he felt he had won. Concentration is the first thing to go during a manic high, along with discission making, and risk assessment. its sad that people don't understand how difficult life is for Fury and ignorantly have hate for him, Its amazing what he has achieved and his personal story eclipses the Rocky film by a mile. Usyk is highly intelligent, he knows Fury is 'crazy man', he understands Fury will behave erratically and being a fellow Christian he has tolerance and patience for Fury's condition.

Before watching your prediction: I think Usyk is favourite coming in, but I get a feeling that the disappointment of last fight for Fury and Usyk feeling comfortable that will mean we get an upset Fury victory. Now waiting for your prediction before I complete my comment! I agree with your pick as "the sensible" pick. There is a higher degree of probability. However, I'm still going for the upset. I think that Fury will throw when Usyk does and back his power in. It is a gambling game plan and I just have a feeling it will pay off this time. I prefer Usyk as a fighter and as a personality. However, I just have had a weird feeling about this over the last week and think Fury will get something in early that hurts Usyk, that keeps Usyk on the back foot for the fight. It may not lead to a stoppage, Usyk could play it smart in survival mode to get to the end, but will give up too many rounds in the process. I don't have any conviction with this, perhaps I'm just a nervous Usyk fan, but Fury by middle round stoppage or points win.

And that being said though i will always been behind Usyk, and still believe that he had something more in the tank. We also had to take into account that Usyk had 3 back to back camp in the first fight and he was overly trained and probably exhausted big time. He was also 9 month inactive due to Fury antics from Dubois to the Fury fight. So his camp was canceled and f**** up 3 time by Fury. This time it's just 7 months and he managed to rest properly and had a proper camp. I'm waiting to see on his shape on the night, as from what i see and heard he look very strong, and they prolly focused on the strength aspect a lot. Want to see his midsection, which is always very telling about where Usyk is in terms of his shape. His face looks more shredded than last time, so i can't wait for the weight in. P.P. And lastly, i'm from Bulgaria, and guess who lives here. And i can guarantee you that Usyk couldn't sparr probably before the Fury 1 fight too, as he had problem. And he was also sick at the fight week. I know this from first source, and you could see from the fight week going into the first fight at Usyk face and especially his nose how red it is, because he was sick that week. Go watch it if you don't believe me.

I’m going back & forth. I love watching both of these great Champions. I’m slightly pulling for Usyk because, well, how can you not love this guy & his personality, not to mention his unreal boxing ability, but, I’m leaning towards Fury on points. It all depends on if Fury decides to use his size… Keeping Usyk at the end of his jab, and when Usyk gets inside, leaning on him, grabbing him, roughing him up and using that excellent right uppercut inside. If Usyk can close the gap and use angles, Fury will get outboxed
@davestephenson8252Ай бұрын
That was a good breakdown of the coming fight between Usyk and Fury, Henry. I think also that Usyk will knock Fury outin the later part of the fight. Fury will come on strong from the beginning, trying to get a knockout,but Oleksander will skillfully counter and avoid the onslaught. Fury will begin to tire,both physically and mentally, and that is when Usyk will smother him with so many hard and accurate punches that Tyson won't know whether he is Arthur or Martha at that point. Then it's lights out for Fury, and it's all over. Your prediction of the end coming in round seven sounds quite reasonable to me, but it could be sooner. Maybe Fury can hold out untill the later rounds, but Oleksander will know when the right time has come to finish him off.

I'd be happy if Fury kept his guard up and stayed off the ropes.. Usyk only had fleeting success including round 9. Fury's stamina and recovery is unquestionable.. More stiff jabs, uppercuts and power shots will have Usyk on the canvas.

USYK wins by Stoppage KO round 8-9 USYK, USYK, USYK, USYK, USYK XXX USYK IS KING
@thanevakarian9762Ай бұрын
So just looking at things logically, taking in all the data especially and specifically from their fights combined with outside of the ring factors I think Fury will get an MD despite not actually winning more rounds. I can see this being like Usyk vs Chisora and everyone knows Usyk actually won that fight against Chisora, if that happens against fury they’ll rob Usyk. That being said part of me has a feeling someone’s getting KOed so I think the fight will play out like Usyk vs chisora and then a KO will happen and if not judges will handle it for Fury.
@tylerrobbins8311Ай бұрын
I see the fight going 1 of 3 ways. Fury by KO probly round 6 but between 5-7 he'll seriously hurt Uysk off an uppercut leading into a right stright. Second way is Fury hurts Uysk sitting on his punches more and focuses on the body shots. It'll be a long night as Uysk won't quit. Third way? If Fury doesn't respect Uysk like last time and lets him close in to hit him on his reset he'll get nailed with a counter left again and it'll go like the last fight.
@robertmaxwell2596Ай бұрын
I love that everyone’s picking usyk. A lot of people are biased against fury but I think you made valid points. I just feel like fury has another level that he can reach that only comes out when he’s being counted out. Fury by stoppage in round 9
@grahambeyer6254Ай бұрын
I saw just after the Open Workouts they had a fight outside. Will they be fighting outside? If so it will be cold, and if Fury has been trainging in warm weather that will have a detrimental effect on him.
@Maroon498Ай бұрын
Usyk wins again for me. When it gets to round 8 he goes through the gears. I don’t think Fury can sustain the aggression for 12 rounds without risking getting knocked out himself. If he doesn’t get Usyk outta there early, he’s gonna gas out and I don’t think Fury has what it takes to beat Usyk in the final rounds. He’s too good. Usyk is pure class and a machine. Usyk mate.
@tullochgorum632329 күн бұрын
I'm feeling that Fury only has a puncher's chance - he needs to get Usyk out of there in the early rounds, because once he starts to gas Usyk is going to be all over him.

I wanted to wait for the weigh in to comment, Fury 281lbs supposedly. If Fury really is around that weight and doesn’t stop Usyk in the first half of the fight, it’s going to be really hard for him to see the bell. Being that heavy would sacrifice speed and stamina, against the fastest and fittest HW perhaps ever. Bit of a go for broke strategy. If Fury is actually light and was wearing a weighted vest or something under his jacket, then I think the fight will similar to the first one. I’m going Usyk by stoppage 7-9 if Fury is very heavy and 10-12 if he’s lighter.

@TommyPleasureАй бұрын
@ I’ll give you that, but definitely not FASTER. Ali could throw 12 punches a second bro. I like Uyssk he’s the best of his generation but not all time goat status. Ali is GOAT! It’s: 1. Ali 2. Lennox Lewis 3. Foreman 4. Ussyk Ussyk is a top five great! We haven’t really been able to observe Ussyk against big weight guys, who can box/punch, and also have a chin!
@BigramtАй бұрын
Usyk is not fitter without a doubt than Ali who fought 15 rounds with constant pressure from someone like frazier. Usyk looked dead tired post Fury while throwing less, though he did land more Although he's heavily In the conversation for fittest hw ever, fastest? No chance is he faster than Ali or Mike Tyson

Hi Henry remember me. I have well in advance named the.winner of the last 5 heavy weight fights. And I name tomorrow's fight with Sir Usyk and Fury the Fairy. It will be a devastating win for Sir Usyk. Think Coffun. Wheelchair. Stretcher. Ambulance. Blood and so much more. William Chivers. Have a good Xmas mate.

He was aggressive in the build up to the third wilder fight because his best performance in a completely new aggressive style (wilder 2) was tarnished with conspiracy theories and excuses. Spiked water. Wilder’s coach was a mole, knuckles in wrist of glove, egg weight in glove, heavy costume. It pissed him off lol

Henry the thing you and many other doesn't realize few things when it comes to Usyk. And that he is using Soviet Boxing style, obviously a hybrid version of it, and very unique to him, as well as Bivol, Loma, and a lot of others fighters from that region. Usyk style changed a lot during the last few years, due to age, and due to his style is HIGHLY energy dependant. It's require HIGH, HIGH energy and it's suited for young men. Usyk is nowhere near what he was. Just look at the Gassiev fight, then look at AJ fight, and look now. Completely different fighter. In AJ 1 he was moving laterally constantly, and didn't stop for a single second. His upper body movement was nonstop. He was fast, explosive, super quick on his feet. And he is nothing alike. He surely regressed a bit after the event at his country, and he lost more than 22 pounds since he couldn't train and eat when he was there. Also the big decline comes after 35/36 years of age. The first happen slightly at 33, and then it accelerate at 35/36 a lot quicker. Usyk relies on his reaction time, reflexes, speed, explosiveness and footwork, of course stamina/energy too, and all of this is the first to go with age. Also hard camps at earlier age is giving you a lot, and improves you a lot, but at that advance age, they just prepare you for the fight, and after it, they take a lot out of you. And Usyk had to go for 3 straight camp back to back for Fury 1. I also 100% believe that Usyk is 100% natural athlete, and if you see his team, and that they are using science with the "Cuba" strength and conditioning trainer, and look how Usyk body changes through the year, you will also believe that. With Fury is a known case and he 100% is on that wild boar, and he obviously gets a pass. And while Fury may not live the live of an athlete, that actually help him, as he didn't take a lot of hard fights, and was taking easy touches, and didn't put much effort into his training camp, so that saved him a lot of years. Also height, weight, reach is for life. And his style is perfectly suited for an aged fighter, and he could easily go till 40.

I'm a massive Usyk fan. I was super confident he would win against Joshua both times. This time against Fury though, it feels a bit different for a change. I trust my guy though. But it'll still be a 6'9" giant running towards him like the hulk lol. However the undeniable point is, it is easier to predict how Fury will fight than how Usyk will. Fury has only two options: charge forward and try to roughen up Usyk ... Or to mix it up . Usyk though? We don't know. I think Usyk doesn't even have a definitive plan that he'll adhere to. He'll probably see how Fury behaves and then carve out a plan in the ring. He's capable of that. I think Usyk expected Fury to rough him up in the first fight itself. I remember him watching the public workout where he was surprised at how lean and thin Fury looked. I don't think he expected Fury to try to outbox him in the first place! That's why he planned to attack Fury head on to negate Fury's advances. What I'm really trying to say is , whatever Fury has in stock, I think Usyk already anticipates it and is ready for it. Whatever little surprises he will still come across, he can adapt. Fury no longer has that element of surprise he had in the first fight. He's predictable this time, more so after that face off. After all, it is Fury who has more to prove amd save his legacy from crumbling. Keeping those in mind, I'll pick Usyk too. The manner? I'm not sure. But I i do think a KO is on the cards more this time . But I don't think it'll happen before round 10. So Usyk by KO in Round 10 is my humble prediction. Even if Usyk senses that Fury's gas tank has depleted by Round 7-8, he'll not jump immediately. He'll make him dance around a few more minutes, and then finally come with that vintage flurry.

@oggyraverbabyghostАй бұрын
Usyk for the win would love it to be by TKO but I have a feeling it’ll be another points decision by a bigger margin than the first fight. Tony Bellew said it right Usyk in the best pound for pound fighter he ever got into the ring with, Usyk adapts really fast & changes his fight due to him learning everything his opponents do as the fight goes on.

Hard fight to pick as it could go either way. Personally I believe Usyk is the far better boxer and I believe he will have adapted better to Fury than the other way around. I can see Usyk winning another decision. I also have a feeling he will properly knock Fury down this time.

I feel like usyk had an amazing training camp and you can see that he is very confident going into this fight. Fury will be more agressive in the middle rounds but usyk will still survive them. Later in the fight usyk will win by TKO as fury will be exhausted due to extra weight.
