This nanny not very experienced sorry to say. If you wanna wear mittens first always make sure to cover the baby's body and use a bean bag on the chest to make the baby feel secure. 2nd handling an infant should give extra care to the neck. Many times nanny put on shoulder basically using a method that is suitable for 2 months and above. When lowering baby to the bath water it is also better to first let the baby feel some water on the chest. Hold the chest and cradle rock slowly down the water not throw him in straightaway. Altho i might sound very protective it has proven to be very effective and i have 4 kids so yea.. there are ways to do it better. Remember sense of security over speed.

Agree. First, she use hand to touch water and anyhow say it is 37 degree. 2nd, she says baby definitely will burp, but end up didn't. She can't seems to be able to calm baby down . PEM is quite expensive and still need to give ang bao at the end. I would expect more from the nanny
