Hi Dr. Bricker, the second half of the video makes a lot of sense - who can make a change at the executive level of major insurers, and that the individuals at the top are important in making decisions for the future of their company and of healthcare in general. The first half doesn’t really flow into the second that well. Without making a case that the people in these positions are actually doing anything wrong, there is no reason to remove them. We shouldn’t remove someone from a position because of their race or sex. If your insurance company suddenly had a massive influx of women or minorities, I would not expect you to fire and replace your executive team just so that it matches your patient population.

Government doesn’t need to be involved in your premise that something is actually corrupted here because of the hierarchy in these three organizations. Maybe you should have someone of color do your videos for you.
