POV: you step out of your walk up, its rainy outside. You didnt check the weather. Though..... you usually do Today something spoke to you Gave you foresight You got a nice peacoat on with your loafers shined.... but it's real wet now getting a bit worse so you say I'll go back up get my umbrella. You know the one. The one with all the toy boats. But right..... before you can turn the key in your door out of the corner of your eye you see someone ...... walking .down your block. She : green jacket, in a brown skirt and a white blouse. You : barely catch her face.... her umbrella has it covered. You notice however her hair does fall, near the middle of her back. (Hmmmm) And as your caught, in the sight of her, unable to remove your gaze. The wind pushes the umbrella upward As if to say "Look this way" Immediately your greeted by Dark skin, rich chocolate, The sight makes you breathe in Her eyes.... are intense. But her smile. Her smile. Makes you know within. This..... this is the moment that everything else was leading you to. all the struggle, all the pain, all the time That was unrelenting but finally it's all forgiven Thank you Father for the rain.
