Thank you so much for this video. Please always keep the Finishing layer (White layer) outside. You can simply do it by changing the drawing direction. My suggestion is first you use the Finishing and Wall layer and draw outer walls. Then use the Wall layer only and draw inner walls. At last, you can draw Interior Layer (green layer) and draw the interior of the walls.

This is a great extension, but it needs some polish. It is exactly the type of extension, we have been looking for in our practice, but it needs the following features. 1) It needs to keep the last wall definition as the default when you create the next group of walls. 2) It would be nice if you could save out wall definitions for latter use. 3) The user needs to control the tag names for the wall components, to maintain compatibility with other extensions. 4) it's not obvious from the interface that wall creation begins with closing the initial dialog. 5) It would be nice if you had a tool bar. We would be will to pay for this is just item 1 & 5 were addressed, the rest would make it would put it way head of Double Line the extension we use now.

yes, you are absolutely right. i recommend you to connect with developer on Extension Warehouse. and convey your new features request directly to the plugin developer. i also request some new features. 😁

For cutting 3 layers for a door or window, you can use "MAJ Door/Window Cutter" extension for free.
