And yet I said the 1.0 was a HUGE let down (I paid full price for that chair too), and talk about many of the negatives of the v2.0 in this video…I’m either the worst salesman ever, or I’m telling the truth at the cost of sales + the cost of the chair. I’d love to hear your business model on providing free high quality reviews of products without affiliate links! My email is in the description (you’ll also find an explicit statement that my links are affiliate links…since you seem to imply I’m being disahnest about that as well) As for your point about AD, gaming line is not available through AD, and I’ve heard rumors about HM saying warranty for chairs bought at AD must now be done through AD, which means your customer service experience is subject to whether the AD is good or bad. If you buy online, you get direct access to HM and their top notch customer service
@ThatsPety4 ай бұрын
@SeriousPeaches I can tell you off of the top of my head that authorized dealers often times don't offer any kind of return policy. That's why I avoided them when picking my chair, and I can't speak for him, but that could be why he doesn't talk about it Mind you though, he mention the possibility of used chairs anyways, so I really doubt it's some big conspiracy

I have a few videos on this - your headrest position will change when you sit upright and when you lean back. You also may change it depending on where you want your eyes - sometimes, you may want them upwards towards the sky and sometimes forward towards your screen. This is especially true for this type of headrest, where it's meant to sit in the curvature of your neck rather than on the back of your head!

I went yesterday to a store and tried them both and came back not liking either. The Cosm not having lumbar support is a killer for me, too soft on your back, not ideal for long hours... The Aeron maybe slightly too rigid and just feels outdated with so many mechanisms. Do you think I should consider the Embody now? Ideally I'd keep to mesh chairs only, but after seeing your reviews I am curious. Ty in advance :)
