Yes, there is an export tab in the Ahoge menu, you can export in Unreal Engine and Marmoset Toolbag 5

At the moment, Redshift does not have a freely available SDK.

No, I don’t own a Mac because I can’t afford one. However, I’m thinking about trying to use a virtual machine. I’m not sure if that will work, though, since I haven’t had the time to look into it yet.
