Excellent tutorial, I really like the front to back technique on the palmer and body, then the thread as a rib. That dyed French partridge is beautiful. I have some very similar Chuckar partridge, a whole pelt with wings and tail, and pieces of another pelt a friend gave me. Maybe I'll attempt dying some. At the very least I'll tie this style with what I have. I think it would make an excellent hexigenia imitation too. 👍 Thanks 😎

Thanks, guys! The backwards dubbing with thread as rib is an easy and fast technique, but it's advisable to use a strong (preferable GPS) thread.
