Can just picture him, hands on hips thinking "...the f**k!?" every time someone heals off an otherwise fatal wound from a lightsaber XD

The one thing about a lightsaber wound is that you won't bleed out - I mean, other than that guy in the cantina in ANH. Other than that, the wounds cauterize. So as long as vital organs are missed, I can see it being a better hit to take than say, a serrated blade, which will rip and tear and most definitely bleed.

I was going to point out that we've already had another lightsaber stabbing this series, the captain of the prison transport, and his wound was fatal. They've done a good job of showing precisely where the wounds are which shows how fatal it would be. The captain's went through the spine at heart level. Sabine's was the right side. Not that the liver isn't vital, but you'd have more time for someone to get you to a bacta tank or whatever.

I think we shouldn't compare Ashly and Rosario because they're playing Ahsoka at two different points in her life. Even in Rebels, Ahsoka retained a lot of her kindred spirit. But after Malachor, she now lives with guilt of not saving Anakin from his fate because she left. And I think Rosario nails the "weight of the galaxy on her shoulder" vibes. Ahsoka isn't a kid anymore, nor is the Rebel leader Fulcrum. She's grown up even further in the nine years since Ezra disappeared and has become a lot like Qui-Gon in a sense.

yes, they got the Phantom II in Rebels season 3, after the first one was destroyed earlier in that season.

- Sabine's injury was survivable because 1) it wasn't a chest wound, and 2) help was moment's away. - Had Qui-Gon Jinn received immediate help (instead of having to wait minutes), he might have survived. Maul: don't ask (LOL) - went bionic man on his lower half. Fennec Shand went abs (and guts) of steel. Reva was in pretty bad shape as it looks like she never received any medical help after Vader was done with her. As an extreme long-shot, if she did get medical help, after recovering and returning Luke, then she might have survived. Just the same, it was likely too late, and she was just holding on via the force and strength of will, having come to her off-screen end shortly after receiving absolution from Obi-Wan. - It's Clancy Brown reprising his role of Ryder Azadi from Rebels. - Jai Kell's Rebels actor, Dante Basco, did not play him in Ahsoka. He was replaced with Vinny Thomas. - David Feloni reprised his role as war crimes murder bot Chopper from Rebels. - A "new" Phantom was acquired during 3x06, after losing it in 3x02. - You might also watch the episodes Rosario was in with both Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. I'm pretty sold on this older, more introspective, war-weary (as she spent most of her life, from early adolescence, at war), and perhaps a bit jaded, current self. -

I was really impressed with the first two episodes! This series is going to be very sentimental for me too. Loved Rebels. Chopper was his sassy self! I too would like to know what caused the rift between Ahsoka and Sabine. Seeing her cut her hair to signify she’s ready was really epic! This is going to be an awesome series. People complained about Andor’s premiere, Ahsoka’s was just about perfect!

2 galaxies… that’s how Ahsoka, Ezra, the Rebel crew, Grogu, and possibly the mandalorians will be taken off the board before the Sequels. They will be either relocate or trapped in this other galaxy. Dave just created a new Star Wars universe for his stories without imposing and being restricted by the Sequel universe.

Yes. Thank you. When I watched episode 1, I was so engrossed in the time they gave Ahsoka to get the map. It really sucked you into the scene, feeling what Ahsoka felt.

Your catalogue knowledge of SW is so cool to not only watch but listen to which makes watching your channel cooler. Love the new characters, Baylin , Shin etc. Most of all live action Rosario Natasha and Elizabeth. Ahsoka such a huge 7 season complicated character with Ashley the sole proprietor of Ahsoka. Teen yo Adult give Rosario a chance

As a first-timer to anything Rebels, this was a nice start. I'm enjoying the look of the characters, I like seeing Ahsoka in action, I like the tone of the show and I'm digging the music. The story is going to be an intriguing one, for sure. I'm really interested in seeing how this series, possibly, sets up the Dave Filoni Mandoverse movie. Also, Godspeed, Ray Stevenson. May the Force be with him and his family.

I think the only reason Sabine survived is because Ahsoka was right there and had a ship available to transport her to hospital immediately. Obi-Wan couldn't help Qui-Gon in the same way, unfortunately.

Am I the only one who kinda got Fallen Order vibes from the scrap yard? Also, that'd be a hilarious What if scenario(Sabine causing the droid head to blow up, killing them all and Hera's hologram is just standing there like, "Well, sh*t").

It's a good day when Chopper wakes up and chooses violence. Yes we very much loved our psychotic little murder gremlin. It took me a grand total of 40 seconds to completely be sold on Mary as Hera because of her interactions with Chpper during that scene

I'm gonna call it , The large hyperdrive ring is for a large Captured Purrgil The hyper drive Is just needed to get that large ring into place planet the planet... But they need the Purrgill to go intergalactic... Why else would they need a ring that size .. So yeah I'm calling it right now

I think Ezra and Thrawn were taken to that other Galaxy to prevent something from leaving. Im thinking Morgan is being duped by something from there. She may accidently release something very bad.

As far as Sabine being Force Sensitive, I think she has a connection, just not nearly as strong. Kanan hinted at it in Rebels that she was.

That was my impression.. there was a character in the wraith squadron books that was similar... Has a connection to the force but is so weak that only had enhanced reflexes and some premonition. Though none of the other physical abilities. Also Sabine is part of house vizla that was started by a Jedi , so there is some precedent for force sensitivity to be present in the house and the clans under the house.

How can Morgan Elsbeth be a Nightsister, it doesn't make sense? None of the Nightsisters were human in Clone Wars.

Near-human. And Elsbeth didn't say she was human or a Nightsister, she said she was descended from Nightsisters. It may be a deliberate wording. Hybrids of humans and near-humans are a thing in Star Wars. Not saying she is, but it is an explanation. (by the way, did you not her Nightsister-like markings at the forehead and hands?) Plus, if you've not played/seen it, you should really investigate the Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi:Survivor games, or see the KZbin movies players put together from the cut scenes. There may be answers to your question there.

Do you guys think this is Filoni’s way of rewriting the canon of the sequels? A new galaxy being introduced would represent an opportunity to “redo” the sequels with filonis characters.

No, I do not. The Sequels are canon. Nothing can be changed about it. Otherwise, they wouldn't have announced a movie taking place after the Sequels.

Nah a single stab wound without massive blood loss and medical attention nearby survival is easy. Qui gon stabbed, dying for 10 Minutes of a duel in an enemy occupied city critically stabbed.

There is a line in Phantom Menace that I think people often forget. After Obi-wan defeats Maul and rushes to Qui-gon’s side, Qui-gon says “It’s too late”, perhaps implying there was nothing they could do medically to save him.
