If you're having issues with importlb.metadata when running the webui-user.bat file, it may have generated a venv with an improper version of python. I ended up manually making my own venv with `py -3.10 -m venv venv` and then entering the venv and manually installing the dependency for importlib_metadata and then running the bat again after.

awesome, I can finally run trellis locally on my 8gb vram gpu. thank you for this video is there a way to bypass the texturing part of the process? the model is being generated quickly but the texture projection takes like 30 minutes

You would just click the run.bat file again in the main folder anytime you want to run it. It uses the T.png file as the image and exports to the sample.glb file

I should have mentioned this in the video, my understanding is that it will only run on NVIDIA gpu's. Required Hardware Specs: An NVIDIA GPU with at least 16GB of memory is necessary.
