Hi Andrew - thanks for addressing this. Its not so much the the resume, its that soon interviews and behavior scores will be done through AI. This is what makes me nervous. I have been amazed at how good AI is in meetings currently when summarizing thought leadership and meeting notes of very hard topics in IT. Its scary that this is first gen, just give it 5 years from now. I sure hope I'm retired by then. Anyway, keep up the good work and keep reviewing current hr trends! Your content really helped me post covid back in 2020/1 .

I 💯 agree.... everyone is going to have perfect resumes and cover letters using AI making the competition even worse but what will differentiate one will be their soft skills and likeability during the interview
