Well, ElevenLabs has a great free plan with a limit of 10.000 characters per month, with some conditions. Also, play.ht has a free plan with a limit of 5000 characters per month. There are always free alternatives but at the end it depends on the use you need make. And if it’s for commercial use paid plans can be very cheap, like 5 dollars a month. 🙌 thanks for commenting, let me know if I can help you with anything else

i have a question what voices can i even use? lets say i want a japanese voice ... can i rly just use some japanese vtuber or is that against some law stuff?! D: i just want to make some tiktoks but idk if i get in trouble..

legally speaking you can use any voice you have the rights to use. In the process of cloning a voice you will be asked to agree terms & conditions that basically say you have the rights to use and clone that voice.
