Dash Cole yeah. Any ways, when your playing something this fast, it’s not impressive playing in front. Of a large audience.

Teppelin When I was in middle school our band instructor taught us circular breathing and mouth piece techniques before anything else, we learned it relatively easy but I forgot how because I moved onto more modern instruments.

You gotta play something with some bass if you're going to play bari
@connorschol25377 жыл бұрын
Not really. Many standard compositions write all the way up to high E or F. Sure the bari can play low, but it's not all that's capable of the horn.
@xynox3437 жыл бұрын
TreeckoPlayzHD true, but you would most likely want to hear an instrument that lives up to its name and sound. Take the tuba for example. While it can play melodies and such, the instrument was made to be a base of an ensemble rather than a flute. You wouldn't hear a flute playing the base line in an ensemble with the exeption of it being in its own section. In this case, the bari should play at least, for the most part, some kind low end, or else you might as well call it an alto. All nightflash was trying to say was that he should try playing something with more base in it, however, this is just personal preference, not a fact. So I would kinda have to agree with him.

as a solo instrument, it's more proper to treat the baritone sax like a cello, cuz coincidentally they have the same low range, but a beautiful high range

I don't understand why people think Flight of the Bumblebee is such a hard piece on saxophone... If you really want to play something amazing for an 8th grader try playing Tableux De Provence or even a concerto like the Glazunov Concerto.
@jamesmarsh47907 жыл бұрын
Heres the thing it's really not I don't understand why people keep sucking it off. this kid is definitely going to mature his way into a good player he knows his way around his horn but this isn't all that good tbh

Cruz Ignatius But to master and get a good consistent tone can take years
@unknownuser33737 жыл бұрын
Banana someone is jealous 👀
@PROCHEESEBURGER7 жыл бұрын
Doug Bonne Hah, playing Flight of the Bumblebee is nothing to be jealous of, I'm a 10th grader and I've played college level pieces that most seniors in highschool never play. There's a reason why I never played Flight of the Bumblebee: it isn't a challenge. It's just a very fast chromatic scale which I'd argue to be the easiest scale to learn and play on saxophone. I am in no way jealous of this players "skill".
@jamesmarsh47907 жыл бұрын
