You make me miss Maldives! Aiken is right that Maldives is that it's for lying down. We went in Jun 2019 during our son's O levels year for him to unwind before he chiong for Os. We got to see the sunrise n sunset every day from our water bungalow.

We went to the southern atolls and visited Lux South Ari Resort. I highly suggest this resort as its one of the larger islands so there is a lot to do on the island: world-class dive center with whale shark expeditions, house reef and overwater reefs, movie nights, spa, 6 restaurants.
