TO EVERYONE WHO IS HATING ON THIS HERO OF THE WORLD... I'll tell you many things that Fidel did that was heroic and good for humanity, where his legacy lives on in hope and positivity: Cuba was once a barbaric, murderous and evil country that was ran by a horrible dictator who made his country a toy for the USA, where Cuban workers and proletariat were USED as slaves for the rich bourgeoise to live off their hard work. In this Cuba, slavery existed, and constant inequality between the poor and the rich was insanely dense. The Imperial world of Cuba was disgusting, and it left the country on its knees, dying whilst the dictator owned all the money. The famine rates were going through the roof, where innocent Cubans couldn't afford food, water or healthcare, whilst the bourgeoise sat in their fancy homes drinking fine wine and eating to their hearts content. Classisim as it's peak, under the disgusting imperial America. Then, Fidel and his fellow workers fought back, and took over Cuba. After this, Cuban's lives dramatically improved, DRAMATICALLY. Free healthcare that's comparable to private healthcare in the UK, free water systems everywhere, free housing, free education, free employment. ALL AT TOP QUALITY. Cubans lived happily, freely and in union, where workers were paid properly and Cuba became 137th for famine rates worldwide, making them one of the least impoverished countries by a landslide (capitalist countries like the UK and USA have more famine, unbelievable). Cuba has been in this positive state ever since, all thanks to Castro and his amazing care for both humanity and society. Cuba is PROOF that Socialism works: www.quora.com/Is-Cuba-proof-that-socialism-works/answer/Kaan-Emre-Akdogan?ch=10&share=85a3c134&srid=xRwdX With Cuba's success as a socialist country, we now see that the world can approach socialism, and as humans we can finally be equal or the poor can at least no longer be poor. Where everyone has a home, everyone has water and food on the table, everyone has an education and healthcare whenever they need it, and they will always, ALWAYS be both paid and secure with their livelihood and wellbeing. This is ALL THANKS TO CASTRO. So please, he may be very flawed, but he did SO MUCH GOOD for his country. Cuba is one of the best humanitarian countries in the world, you wanna disagree? You can't, because facts say otherwise. Now, this is why you people think he's a bad dude (laughable)... You people believe Fidel was some kind of terrorist, because he jailed and killed people who believed in barbaric imperial and capitalistic ways, such as slavery and oppression of the worker's class. HE NEVER killed Cubans who were innocent and who followed the socialist vision. ou must see here, that in order for socialism and communism to exist, one must be authoritarian as they require a leader or dictator to get the socialist state into mobility and security, to create equality in the long-run for society. In context, he jailed or killed imperialistic barbaric Capitalists who tried to assassinate him and kill innocent people because they believed that conservatism was the way, but he never inflicted pain upon the people who followed the virtuous path of humanitarian morality and equality. or simply innocent people. However, at the time, you must realise those people supported slavery and poverty because it appealed to imperialism and that it made more money for the bourgeoise. Soooo, therefore, I don't think Fidel is evil or a terrorist for killing people who believed in inherently bad ideals. He is not like Stalin who repressed and killed people who simply disagreed with him, he only punished those who were evil capitalists. I believe that, among others, that those who defy it must die for a successful (moral) revolution to occur; Did was clearing the evil in the world to pursuit the ultimate virtuous goal of equality. That's the way I see it, at least. People called Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela terrorists too, when all they did was try to create equality and push human, civil and diversity rights too, just like Castro. Please, read a book. Thank you for reading.

Being a country so close to or in the so called “back garden” of USA, it is very hard to keep their communist ideology and succeed as a country. Look at other counties ravaged by USA , which of them fared well or better for the future ? None. So all of this is due to Fidel Castro. He played well.
