Hi Meg, I revisited this one again for my evening strength day work out! I appreciate your knowledge and encouragement! I try to do weight lifting days 3x’s a week. I do a weight lifting video in the morning and then again in the evening. Maybe one in the middle too. I live alone and I am grateful for my independence!

Greetings everyone! I appreciated do this video with you! I am a 64 year old woman. I never saw any of my elders lifting weights, so this is a new concept for me! I do remember my elder aunties dieting all the time, but the exercise component was absent! I appreciate feeling empowered by these videos to take care of my body by maintaining my strength with weights and doing other exercises for cardio health 💞 These videos prepared with seniors in mind are very encouraging!
