Thank you for all these detailed vids! This may be a little TMI, but I was wondering if you could talk about how you dealt with your period, cramps, etc during basic training? (Esp if it was 8 weeks long/potential to deal with it twice) Did they give you time to change your tampon/pad/cup? Were you yelled at if cramps were slowing you down during PT? I’ve heard stories of women being under so much stress that their periods ended up not happening all together, so I’m curious about what your experience was like, and what you did about it. Thanks in advance! Looking forward to hearing more about your time at basic training! 😊

Almost every week we had a BX run yes. Sunday has a schedule for most of the day but it's just like chow and laundry and stuff.
