Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast is one of my favorite recipes to make in the air fryer. The bacon gets so crispy while keeping the chicken so tender and juicy with a delicious creamy cheese filling inside.

Air Fried Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast - 1
Bacon - 2 or 3 (depending on the size of the chicken breast - I used 3)
Cream Cheese - 1 oz
Parsley - 1/2 Tbsp (chopped, tightly packed)
Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper - As needed
Salt - As needed
Olive oil - to spray in the basket
Instructions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes
2. Mix the cream cheese, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, and parsley together
3. Sprinkle the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, and onion powder
4. Cut the chicken breast on the thicker side horizontally to make a deep pocket
5. Add the cream cheese mixture inside the pocket
6. Wrap the chicken with the bacon making sure ends are tucked under the chicken breast
7. Oil the basket
8. Place the chicken breasts in the basket making sure bacon ends are tucked under the chicken breast
9. Air fry at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes.
10. Make sure internal temperature is at minimum 165 degrees F. Add additional time if needed
11. Rest the chicken for 5-10 minutes
12. Enjoy warm!
