air fryer banana bread

ingredients:
3/4 cup AP flour
1/2 granulated sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
2 ripe bananas
optional: cinnamon to your preference (i used 1/2 tbs)
1. mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl and set aside.
2. mash 2 ripe bananas in a separate medium bowl
3. add oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg to bananas and mix
4. add dry ingredients to wet and mix
5. spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray and pour the batter into the basket
6. set to air fry, set temp to 300 degrees F, and bake for 25-30 minutes *
* check it periodically so it doesn’t burn. the bread is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
7. cool in the basket for 10 minutes and then remove from basket and cool completely on a wire rack

Shoot if they had one without the Teflon I would buy one.
