Air Fryer is one of my favorite kitchen gadget. Just the idea of eliminating the use of a lot of oil when frying is winner already. I made an egg roll, thought at first it won't get crispy but sure did. crunchy and delicious.

I love my Cosori 5.8 qt. We’ve had it for almost a year a year and it’s been a great addition to our kitchen. There are just two of us and it cooks a good amount of food. And doesn’t take up a lot of space on our counter. I thought I wanted a large Ninja oven, but it’s just too darn large in our small kitchen. And the Cosori is so easy to clean.

I bought the Cosori 5.8 a month ago for my wife's birthday and she loves it. She likes her food super crispy and this unit does a superlative job. The best thing about it though is that the heating element is a coil, just like you see on the top of an electric range. Most of the cheaper units that I looked at before buying utilize a light bulb as the heating element - and we all know what happens to light bulbs. The Cosori 5.8 is more expensive than other manufacturer's light bulb versions, but it's definitely worth the extra money!

For a crispier wing.... try spraying some cooking oil on the chicken mid way through. Meat won’t dry out at all!!! I cooked some steaks tonight and they were amazing and the other night I did crab cakes. 😊

Tip only: When you do your initial test run on this model air fryer, be sure to check the tightness of the smalls screws which hold the handle on, as they can be loose and you don't want to drop that basket. I had seen this on another person's review of this model and believe it or not, when I did the test run on my new Cosori Max XL today, two of the screws were very loose. Nice review. I did French Fries and later some nachos as my 1st two meals in that air fryer today. I am batchin' with my two dogs since Mom is out of town and working for the week. My dogs loved it all. ;-) I have an Instant Pot Vortex air fryer and an Instant Pot Omni Plus. The Omni was replaced because of it being too large and lack of counter space. The Vortex was just right, but it has some differences that I though may be better with this brand, instead. Again, thanks for posting this video. Wish you had more recipes done with this air fryer in you videos though. ;-)

Yes, I just got this fryer yesterday. I saw that issue noted in a few of the reviews of this machine, so I tightened the screws before the "test run" (to burn of any manufacturing residues). Made chops last night. Turned out really good! Just check the screws before each use.

To Reheat crispy chicken, warm up in microwave. And then put foil in your airfryer and rest it in at preheated state after 2mins. then leave in for 2 mins and it's fresh as before

I think most air fryer will give you the same result. Sad things is you have to flip your meats so both side gets brown. Other then that, love the air fryer...had one for 4 years now and still works. The coating just came off the fryer pan but now I just use tin foil over it.

I just got mine from Amazon and love it. It does what it says. Hiwever. You need to move it away from the wall. Hot air comes out from the back. It needs to be at least 5 inches away from the wall and not under cabinets. Needs airflow to work properly.
