One of the most money minded cheap airline. The only airline in the world which keeps weighing scale at the gate. They will make u pay even for thu duty free shopping. The cheap staff says , if u dont want to pay, return the shopping to the shops. Or pay the exorbitant charges. Thank Air India for not charging the wash room services on flight. I won't be surprised if they ask u for money to pay for oxygen in case of emergency..
