AIR LIFT PERFORMANCE Manifold Issue | How Warranty Works + Diagnos Problem

Hey man I have a mechanic installing air suspension on my car. Everything is installed correctly, no leaks and wires ok. The compressor comes on and fills the tank, but when I try to air up from controller nothing happens the bags stay at ZERO PSI. Me and my mechanic are assuming is is a Manifold issue. The controller works and is powered on.

How long did it take to get the new manifold?

Airlift recommends that the manifold is mounted with the lines going down or the manifold mounted flat. Everyone that I have seen with valve issues they were mounted incorrectly. DO NOT mount manifold with lines facing up for future reference.

I literally had the same problem same bag and i had to take off tge line and see if any water got to it but nothing so i disconnected it it put it back on and nothing so about 5 min later it worked again….i dont want to be having these problems with the manifold after how much i out out for the kit.

Exactly better flip that manifold the other way round. Well when you get another one I mean. What’s happening is the water or condensation is falling down in the manifold. And if it has set through winter then it will have frozen.

Would u buy a 3p airlift management 2nd handed? Would that void the warranty??

I would say yes because when they ask for the information they are verifying if you are the original purchaser and for receipt with your info

If done correctly yes. I only had this issue in 2 years and it was covered under warranty

I'm having the same problem bro expect mine will allow it to fill up with air but then is deflates what do I do or what does that mean

If air goes in but then comes out that means you have a leak most likely check to see if the hose is good. If it is check the bag

what if it says pressure sensor fault , but when you want to put air manually it works . because i saw for you when you clicked the button no air went inside . for me , is it still the manifold or something else ?

Sensor fault? Do you have height sensors? Could be that. I have never dealt with that issues but those are the only sensors I know of

that's the same thing I'm currently dealing with, it won't read my tank pressure and there's a warning sign on my controller that says "pressure sensor fault". My friend had the sam issue too and was covered by warranty for a replacement so I'll be doing the same later this month!

Would you have any idea as to why my remote won’t turn on when it’s plugged in, I wanted to check to make sure it was still working so I just plugged it into my computer and it turned on, so I’m thinking it’s the usb 2.0 cable that it’s ran to but I bought my car bagged so I’m still trying to figure it out :/

It's could be the cord to the USB cable try buying a new one. If there is no power at all then you would have to check the fuses and connections to make sure nothing is blown or not connected

Check for blown fuse first, bad cable second. If both are good the manifold needs replacing.

Did airlift tell you what the issue was once they tested your faulty manifold?

No they didn't but I think it maybe that the seal inside went bad or something got stuck.

I believe it was like 2 weeks but I paid to get it asap so if you wait to send yours then it may be longer

My manifold shit the bed overnight for no reason...I'm glad am at ride height or I would be in deep shit...the manifold has no power and controller is not turning on..I also have a 370z....fucking sux
