So sorry to revert late to you... Haven't faced this issue yet but ha Stitching (सिलाई) definitely nahi karni hai. Sticking (चिपकना) hai toh aap rubber adhesive ya tyre pucher repair gum ka use kar sarkti h. Yaad rakhe agar chota sa bhi space chuta toh air toh fir bhi niklegi.

uska adhesive hat gagaya hoga, try kijiye agar pata chale k kaha se leak h waha rubber adhesive laga kar seal kar sakte hai

Hi, You can use mild soap or mild detergent, humble request to please wash it with hands secondly I would also suggest to use a cotton pillow cover to not let it get dirty that quickly.
