This is what happens when DEI is the most important thing to government and organizations. I wonder if the IAFF supports DEI over everything else? To everyone and every organization that pushes and supports DEI, all these failures are just examples of how wrong you are and what happens when the world is run by pronouns instead of people who actually know what they’re doing.

Kapenahill... You're an idiot. None of these wild fires has anything to do with Diversity Equality or Inclusion. They are not political either. The 2018 Camp Fire destroyed a whole community and in the same year Australia had wildfires that destroyed an area equal to the size of the UK. Canada has had fires like this on both of their eastern and western provinces. Greece has had fires like this and soo many other countries. This is the new normal.

This is also what happens when you think the government is doing what they’re supposed to be doing but in reality, they’re just acting like they are. When the SHTF, they are ill prepared to handle what they are supposed to have been preparing for. The system totally broke down and they failed everyone. It goes from local all the way to state government. We live in the most expensive state with the highest taxes and we can get what other states give at half the price.
