This is interesting. I own a cleaning company in Austin and we have struggled a bit with STR pay since direct customers pay higher. Going to try and add co-hosting to our service now and see if this will be a good solution.

The contract you’re making with them is to pay the rent while you get to sublease it via Airbnb.

I would say if they want a piece of the upside they must be willing to share a piece of the downside when we have slower months. At that point they will only ask for rent
