Thanks for having me on again BP! Henry is such a conversational host! Hopefully the audience is able to use some of these essential STR tips that have allowed us to operate in the top 1% of all STRs. I'm happy to answer questions anyone has on any topics. I live in NWA, I'm almost finished with my first air BNB build. I will be starting my second build soon. Doing all the work myself, I can build for 50 cents a square foot, no debt, and I am the maintenance man, and cleaning person. They should cash flow extremely well.

Is there a company you use for your concierge service? I'm very interested in setting something up, especially if we can do revenue sharing. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated

Hello!! 👋 I never thought of the email list for WiFi. What is the best way for setting this up? What platform do you use to utilize the provided guests’ details to campaign to them?

I put a nice set of his and hers golf clubs in my STR years ago. It was one of my biggest mistakes. Guests often used and returned them dirty. So, I had to pay a member of my team to clean them. However, when a Guest hit a ball into a large solar panel and shattered it to pieces that was when I pulled them. Just sayin'.

The gated community acreage I'm planning to build in has a specific communal putting green area. So I'm planning to only provide putters. The grounds on the house acreage is also rough, dry, rocky, and sloped so little chance of anyone wanting to hit around the house.
