How come you don't recommend financing the property archi? I mean lots of businesses, lalo na sa real estate use financing para makapagexpand at di mahirapan sa paguumpisa ng negosyo. It has a fixed monthly amortization naman so you can easily calculate your net profit using target profit less amortization and expenses.

Hello magandang araw , magandang idea yan. meron kasi akong maliit na bungalow sa Liliw Laguna bagong tayo pa ito may garahe ,may dirty kitchen ,may 2 bed rooms ,2 toilets and bath ,kitchen sa loob ng bahay, may 73 sqrm na bakanteng lote pa para sa garden ,may bakod ang buong property , naiisip kong gawin syang airbnb din tutal sa amin sa Liliw ay laging maraming turista kulang lang sa hotel or mapag tutulugan ng mga turista. walang nakatira dun bahay bakasyunan namin ng partner ko pag nasa Pinas kami. Gusto ko sanang gawin airbnb para naman may income na papasok .Ano ang maipapayo mo sa akin? Ano kaya ang dapat kong gawin or kailangan papeles para maging airbnb Meron View ng Mt. Banahaw MARAMING SALAMAT

hi sir! planning on building a staycation property on my farm in Alfonso, Cavite. Ano po bang permits ang kailangan kong i- acquire pertaining to the business? kailangan ko pa ba ipa iba yung land use from farm/residential to commercial? I want my property to remain a farm kasi. Parang farm stay. Sana you can provide info on this if you have it. Thanks so much!

hello Ms Jhoanna, usually business and mayors permit. Prior to that if mag build ka ng new construction you need a building permit. The zoning of your lot is a per approval of the municipal hall if it can cater a farm resort.
