Speaking of toxins, you might not be aware that those coffee cups are lined with plastic (to prevent leaking). Hot liquids then leach microplastics into the cup. Amount is significant after 15 minutes according to Rhonda Patrick. Basically you don’t want to combine heat and plastic and then drink it. Love your channel btw!

I remember during Covid it was a big deal to see a photo of the cleaning products in the listing. Like, hey we clean with bleach and everything is sanitized! Might be a good thing to have a photo of this now as well because of all the illnesses going around right now?

My husband and I are in our early 70's and we live staying in Airbnb or VRBO. We're actually considering buying one in a vacation area. However, wouldn't be managing it so that's a big decision. We presently own a long term rental and a cottage we rent mid term for traveling medical professionals. I love your videos! Thanks for sharing! ❤️

Airbnb use to be a better deal than hotels for families. Now it costs more for Airbnb almost everywhere. Budgets are real!!!!! in this coming year with layoffs, housing market is declining, etc. More vacations to Grandma and Grandpa instead of an Airbnb together. We did Airbnb in Hawaii in the past, this year all the kids came home to grandma and grandpa's instead.

I just want to say that I rented your house.. and one of the appeals for me was that you guys use less toxic cleaners. I appreciate that so much but I get it if some people don’t. My second comment is OMG… when you showed the coffee place I literally work a few doors down from there at the yoga studio. We live in Oceanside and also have a place in Idyllwild.

OMG! We go down to Carlsbad about once every month to fill up our big water jugs at Carlsbad Alkaline Water & try to make sure we stop at Revolution because it's so yummy! Small world :) We love Oceanside!

I think diversifying the type of real estate is a plus. I have 2 room rentals and 5 SFHs, and it helps to have some high cashflow, some easy management, some appreciation focused, etc. I think the same with Airbnb.... Don't put all your eggs in that basket

I would be concerned about losing the 'you' by using AI. I get what you're saying but I enjoy watching you guys and wouldn't want to see a robotic version of either of you! It scares me because I like to keep things real. I'd rather have your version of how something works in the house as opposed to a more professional script! I'm sure AI will have it's uses but I do worry about it taking over the human race!
