Thank you for this video, some of the things that you showed us I would have never thought to do just like with the hangers and a little bit more stuff that you showed what to do. I would have never thought about. Now as far as the Soaps in the bathroom do they all have to be thrown out. like soaps or bottles and then should put in new ones or is it only for the half bottles of soaps and shampoos? And one more thing do you bring your own suits and sanitizers and fresheners or do the owner Supply these items?
@thehustlenetwork
@thehustlenetwork Жыл бұрын
Great question!! Bar soaps - if used, yes. Also if it’s the little complimentary shampoos, body wash and conditioner. We throw away of used. If not we will keep those out. If my hosts have the containers like that say “shampoo, conditioner and body wash - I refill those up once they reach half way. Now if it’s like the actual containers of dove or something- I will either refill, once halfway or some hosts want me to literally toss it. Yes I actually bring my own supplies, Air fresheners to spray. Plug ins are something they supply. All consumables however, they also supply.

Thank you for responding. Some buildings are like small hotel-styled rooms that have bunk beds with a twin bed. Some rooms have Queen-sized beds with one to two twin beds and one bathroom. @catherinemack6355 thank you Catherine!! I would honestly charge between $30-45 for each unit. Considering no laundry will need to be done. If you can $40X6 rooms and get down in a couple of hours would be great! Sometimes I think it’s not necessary trying to charge a high rate but make it worth your time. And I’m even if I sent a cleaner for 3 hrs and she did 6 rooms and I payed her $110, im still making out good for me not having to physically be there. Can be a great opportunity, maybe even get a referral to other agencies

Hi Jennie, This was a less than 1000 sq ft home. 2 bed 1 bath. It normally takes 1 1/2 or less. We don’t stay for the last load to dry. $75 for this specific unit. There is no negotiating on the price. This host has over 60 properties in the area, so he has all his pricing set for reach property because he issues over 30 cleaners to cover various units. Every cleaning should be considered a deep cleaning however if someone stays 12 days or more there are certain things that we do that we wouldn’t normally do on every clean. Washing machine walls, Take everything out of all the cabinets and clean inside the cabinets, moved refrigerator and get behind refrigerator etc.
