Stunning piece,seen the video now a few times in 1 day and has given it a shot this morning,after i ruined it yesterday. Now i think i am halfway and i am getting there. Not your quality,that is for me impossible to reach (for now and forever) But i have been learning a lot from you carsten. My wife thought it was wasted money spending about €600,- in airbrush goodies. But she is changing her mind little by little. Bought me a 2th hands helmet this week and will try to do a nice paint work on that before i destroy 1 of my 1/24 scale modeltrucks or cars

Nice Work Man. I am from Slovakia. I live near Bratislava. And I am proud to be a citizen of Slovakia. I am slowly learning the air-brush technique. Your video tutorials are great, and your work and creation I really like. I've been subscribing to your KZbin channel for about a year. Each of your videos will teach me something. I wish you continued success, and I wish you many more success in air-brush creation.

Really nice. I've always had issues with flames. I was shown face to face how they did them and still have a hard time. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
@AirbrushAsylum3 жыл бұрын
Yes they look easy but just take time to get the feel of that ‘flow’ that makes them look better. Feel free to keep re - watching this vid to help you get the feel for it as it’s just practice and remember your black can be your eraser so keep using that until you are happy . Good luck with it all the best 👍🏻

Question Sir, when you plan on not using your air gun for awhile are you supposed to put oil or something on it so it doesn't rust ?, PS the Eagle looks awesome
@johnmoss41402 жыл бұрын
Just thought I'd give you some feedback on the Hubest airbrush I purchased from your link. First off what came was an "Abest airbrush" not a "hubest" , not a big deal just not what I'd expected. when I tried using it I found that it didn't supply paint consistently, ie as I pulled the trigger back there were positions where I got more paint and as I pulled back further I got less paint. After a very frustrating parctice session I pulled the needle to clean it and when I went to replace it I could feel it hang up part way in. You could push past the hang up and the needle would continue in and seat at the nozzle. It bothered me so I took the airbrush apart and it looked like they had drilled in from the front, and the back but hadn't drilled clear through from either direction. There was a ridge just under the paint cup and the needle rode up on it before being guided into the paint nozzle which appeared to choke off the paint coming from the cup. I sent the brush back. I borrowed my son's Iwata (HP-B) until I can get another airbrush. I'm planing on using it to paint rc airplanes so I don't think I need top end equipment but I do need something a little above the Abest, suggestions?

Thank you for these vids, man. They've been instrumental in getting me off the ground. Question: is there a wait time between those candy coats and using the tack rag? Wouldn't that pull some candy off of the eagle as well? It looked like you ran over the background and the eagle with it.

Art work is superb, but why is there so much orange peel on that final finish? That would just ruin all that hard work for me
@AirbrushAsylum3 жыл бұрын
Thank you , this has only been sealed with intercoat clear , not two pack . The next step would be to seal it with two coats of two pack clear then allow to dry, then wet sand smooth and apply another two coats of clear (flow coat) to give it that perfect shine ✨ 👍🏻
