When on IN port is not detecting signal, the GREEN light should stay on(in my case, the green LED is broken). When is detecting signal on IN port, BLUE led is on(blinking or stay on).

Yes this amplifier switch with only -2dbm, it's 630uW, + 11dBm of LNA gain, this give -13dbm to switch at antenna ! in a urban area city with lot of out of band noise, this amplifier is useless without a cavity at antenna.

Do you have the ability to see if this would work on the US frequency? No one seems to have tested it that I've seen.

Hi. In it's manual it says 850-930mhz! Viorel Caia tested on his channel and is amplifying any frequency... As you see in my video, even GSM signals trigger it! RX is always on, TX is only when is detecting signal on IN port! I think that should work for 915mhz! You can only lose 30-35$! I suggest you to give it a try. Is up to you.

I've connected antennas on both ports in this test. In order for the amplifier to switch to TX(because the default mode in RX), i need to apply some signal on IN port! I'm applying this signal over an antenna! Is now clear to you?

Salut, ma gandesc sa iau si eu un amplificator din asta, sa nu mai stau dupa jetvision...eu am tot sensecap, probabil trebuia sa iau si saw filter, dar nu trebuie sa pui amplificatorul langa antena? Zona mea este destul de saturata, dar nu reusesc sa ma fac witness de mai departe, probabil din cauza topografiei, crezi ca ma ajuta acest amplificator? Ca si punct de reper, sunt in sud Manchester, England. La 5 km distanta de centru

Salut! Am optat pentru acest amplificator deoarece e cu mult mai ieftin decât Flarm Booster(30€ în comparație cu 200€). Are amplificare fixă pentru recepție(10-11db) și reglabilă pe transmisie(5-10db). Chiar dacă are zgomotul dublu față de Flarm, eu sunt mulțumit. Am semnal cam ca la PoCV10! Eu am antena între case și mă ajută! Depinde cum ai antena! Eu am un RAK de 5,1dbi. Ce antenă ai și la ce înălțime? Constat că după ce am montat filtrul SAW, prind și mai bine! Verifică celălalt filmuleț cu amplificatorul conectat!

@@adaniel69 Stiti cumva ce hs-uri au deja filtre SAW si practic nu mai au nevoie decat de amplificator extern? de exemplu stiu ca Sensecap e unul dintre cele ce nu necesita filtru ca deja are intern... Ma interesa daca stiti si despre Bobcat 300 ceva similar... Apropos, ce filtru folositi? Multumesc.

@@sorinmitrea5138 salut. Ideea e că trebuie un filtru înainte de oricare amplificator! Altfel, amplifică tot ce prinde! Eu am avut rezultate mai bune CU filtrul!

@@adaniel69 deci ordinea ar fi: miner - cablu - filtru - amplificator - antena? Sau miner - filtru - amplificator - cablu - antena? Ce filtru folosiți? Aveți idee daca Bobcat-ul are filtru SAW integrat? Mulțumesc mult!

@@sorinmitrea5138 nu sunt sigur cum e la Bobcat! Dacă faci amplificatorul rezistent la apă ca să îl pui lângă antenă, ordinea e miner, cablu, amplificator, filtru, antenă! Mai trebuie cablu de alimentare separat pt amplificatot! Acest amplificator nu e bias tee ready! Trebuie modificat sau folotite două bias tee, unul într-un sens lângă miner și unul în celălalt sens lângă amplificator ca să scoți curent din el. Sper că m-ai înțeles!

You don't get the POINT! The point is that this amplifier is receiving the signals from my phone and it switches to TX(transmit), showing that it doesn't have any filter, so is switching to any frequency! The default state is RX(OUT to IN). When a signal is detected to IN port, it switches to TX(IN to OUT). Hope that now you get the point! 👍
