Yes this amplifier switch with only -2dbm, it's 630uW, + 11dBm of LNA gain, this give -13dbm to switch at antenna ! in a urban area city with lot of out of band noise, this amplifier is useless without a cavity at antenna.

good morning, I've done it too, but in the test done with hot water before mounting it on the machine the thermostat doesn't open the valve, I can't understand why the cylinder doesn't lift the valve...😥

hi. did you tried with electricity?(12v) is hard to test it with water on the bench... my car is running fine with this modification and the resistor in parallel to the engine coolant temperature sensor(with delay contact)! tested for about 20k km!

Hi. Meine meinung, egal welche verstärker nutzt du, lohnt nicht. Die sind sehr teuer und dein hotspot bekommt weniger IOT weil, dann hast du viele DENIED witnesses... Helium hat jetzt bessere algorithmus um hotspots mit verstärker zu finden. Wenn du in HeliumGeek guckst, siehst du viel DENIED oder DENIED EDGE. Weil stimmt nicht RSSI und SNR nicht wegen verstärker... Solana netz... Kann eventuell lohnen wenn du sehr weit vom andere hotspots bist... Aber, ich habe gemerkt dass, wenn du manche hotspots hast(z.b. Browan Merryiot) die sehr langsam sind, dann, kannst du nix machen. Ich habe Merryiot und ist SEHR langsam in vergleich mit Sensecap(time gap against the beacon). Sorry, mein deutsch ist nicht sehr gut 😀 Hoffentlich du hast verstanden. LG, Daniel

@@xTunecci danke. Ich habe früher ein 5,1dbi Rak antenne und jetzt eine 8dbi Rak antenne. Ist, glaube ich, das beste. Aber meine antenne ist nicht auf dach(für clear line of sight). Ist zwischen häuser. Trotzdem, ich habe gutes empfang. Line of sight ist wichtig. 8dbi antenna kann mehr als 100km empfangen, aber 100km ist maximal für Solana. Und Rak ist eine firma, glaube ich, gute firma. Relativ billig, in vergleich mit z.b. McGill... Anstatt chinesische schrott(ich habe mehrere probiert 🤣🤣🤣).... 👍

Hi. I put a resistor in parallel with the engine cooland temperature sensor, the one on the engine(not on the radiator), but, this resistor is connected only after about 6 minute of engine work(time relay). Or you could connect it manually via a switch, when the temperature is above 60°C. This way you will not have the error wich says thermostat is not working as it should(bellow desired temperature). I still didn't found time to post an update video... But, with this, i don't have error and ECU is seeying 101-103°C, like with the original thermostat, but, in reality is at about 85-86°C. And at 109-110°C, in reality is about 93°C. If you decide to make this modification, please update me with the result. Once again, that resistor in parallel with the ECT should NOT pe connected permanently!!! Thanks

Salut. Trebuie o țeavă sau furtun(pe care se lipește magnetul) și la cepete să fie legate între ele ca să conducă curentul electric produs. Ca un transformator. Acesta fiind secundarul. Am dus experimentul mai departe și am renunțat la acel furtun. Acum încălzesc direct caloriferul cu plita cu inducție și am pus pompa între turul și returul caloriferului. O să postez un clip pentru exemplificare. 👍

@@marjanmeskov9995 with this 80°C thermostat and a timing relay wich connects a 365 ohm resistor in parallel with the coolant temperature sensor after about 6 minutes of engine on, i'm verry happy with the modification. ECU sees about 101-103°C and in reality is about 86-87°C and the fan turns on at 108°C(ECU see) and in reality is about 93°C! I need a few days more to film the video that proove this! 👍 no errors! Everything ok!

@@adaniel69 That seems fine, but how did you solve the problem when the computer wants to force open the thermostat and in reality it is open, and the computer expects a temperature change but nothing happens. This usually happens during sudden acceleration and previously you were driving at a constant speed 70-80kmh ,and at that moment the error appears. And there are other such moments, especially with the air conditioning is on

@@marjanmeskov9995 as i said, i don't have any errors since this relay/resistor install. I've driven my car for more than 5000 km with this and everything is ok! That temperature drop that you're talking about is happening! So, ECU is not complaining!

Hi. I can reply to you in english. 11,8 ohm makes the thermostat to open quicker(it gets hot quicker than 16 ohm). The result, after cutting about 2mm from the rod(see my post) is: while driving, the temperature varies between 78-83°C and while engine is on but the car is standing still(more than 10 minutes), it behaves as with the original thermostat. Goes up to 108°C and the it opens and the fan is starting and goes down to 93°C. I'm not that happy with this, but i'm working on something else(with the original 103°C thermostat), just waiting for parts. Electronic controlling. Stay tunned! 👍

@@andreiraciu3655 1) euro 4, consum mai mare față de euro 5(la aceeași capacitate cilindrică). 2) 1.4 vs. 1.2, normal că 1.4 consumă mai mult, dacă ambele sunt aspirate. 3)trebuie să te folosești mult de frâna de motor pentru un consum mic, anticiparea traficului și fără accelerații bruște. 4) asta e 🤣

Salut. Dacă începe să facă zgomote la pornire, deja s-a întins lanțul și întinzătorul e la maxim. Poate să cedeze oricând! De asta l-am schimbat și eu! Ai grijă să schimbi tot ce ține de distribuție: lanț, roți dințate... Și roțile dințate se uzează! Îmi pare rău că nu am schimbat și lanțul de la pompa de ulei cu roțile dințate aferente...

Salut! În clipul de față este vorba de un furtun metalic, "îmbrăcat" în silicon de sobe(rezistent la temperatură). La capete se face o buclă din cablu de cupru pentru a închide circuitul necesar inducției. Urmărește și celălalt clip, mai simplu, mai puține piese. 👍

Hi. Not sure what is the difference inside, but i don't think that is much of a difference, since is just an amplifier...but maybe the trigger(for tx switch) can be different... I don't really know, because i didn't had one on other frequency. Maybe i will test one in future...

Se pare ca la 2000w setare acesti doar un consm de 1000w(si ceva) . Randamentul nu este bun din cauza serpentinei Folositi un cerc din Cupru de dimensiunea bobinei si ve-ți vedea alt randament. O sa vedeti ca diferite tipuri de materiale va afiseaza n diferite consumuri. Ventilatorul poate fi inlocuit cu o turbina mai silentioasa. La aerele condiționate sunt astfel de turbine eficiente si silentioase.

Hi. It depends on your location. My setup is with 5.8dbi antenna and tx on max and i don't have invalids! If you want to lower tx and rx(both), you simply declare in helium app more dbi(add how much you want to decrease for the amp). With a saw filter, already you loose 2.5dbi! So in my case, i have 8.5dbi(rx&tx) gain!

hello . my miner went silent after adding airbuddy, i have tried usb power suply, charger, and still nothing no witnesses, light is on (green). witness log in dashboard goes empty. When I remove airbuddy, Miner starts working and sends the beacon. I installed it exactly like the KZbin video, the input is connected to the miner and the output is connected to the antenna, but I do not know where the problem is that it does not work.

Hi. Can be that the amplifier is dead. Is very sensitive to electrostatic current. Only with a VNA can be tested. Please consider to connect your antenna to earth.

Hi everyone i am having 2 sensecaps and one 6 dbi custom antenna. I want to connect two sensecaps to one antenna via 10m rg -8 cable using a splitter. Which amplifier should I use rx 17db tx 6 db or rx 10db tx bypass? I will place the amplifier like- Hotspot-cable-splitter-amplifier-10meter rg8 cable-antenna 6dbi.

Hi. I think that 17db for rx is a little too much if you have a good location and good line of sight! I would choose some amplifier that adds gain for tx also. For cable loss compensation and a little bit more...

Hi. Cannot damage the miner. But it can damage itself(the amp) if you don't have your antenna connected to ground!

airbuddy is waisting your time, buy the Acasom RX 12 - TX 6 with the cavity filter, install it after the amplifier and they have to be outside attached to the antenna, if the antenna is outside of course. if you want to keep testing the airbuddy, put it into a box, get a cavity filter and put them close to the antenna, not more then 0.5 meter cable between the filter and the antenna. Not trying to insult you but your waisting your time like this! First respect the rule off thumb and know what that means, you have to do more research and install the amp correct before the antenna. try it inside and look at the results, it will be much better..but airbuddy is not a good amp. Hi. If you put more dbi in the app, you installed the amplifier for nothing! Better remove the amp and put less dbi in app and is an improvement! If you decide to put the amp, pay attention to ground your antenna, let 8dbi in app like your real antenna is and rotate the potentiometer from amp to the right(clockwise)! And install a saw filter between antenna and amp! Only if you have invalid transactions you should add 2-3db in app!(as an attenuator)

I have antenna - 10m LMR400 - amplifier - cavity filter - sensecap miner. Should I put the cavity filter before the amp? Without the amp I am earning, with amp nothing. Green light is on, blue light when it transmits....

you are talking 40db going into the miner right? specs on SAW filters are max 100mw which is 20db. You put 40db into the miner you can blow internal filters or overload front end. I'm not talking anything about TX on antenna side

@@christianszopinski8219 is for TX. Counterclockwise is MIN(+5db) and clockwise is MAX(+11db). I keep mine on max because without amp i didn't had always 14 witnesses! If you had before 14, you can keep it at MIN!

Hi Daniel. I have 2 same set ups on my roof and my friends roof. On my roof (18m) bobcat 300 6 dbi mcgill 6m lmr 400 airbuddy sawfilter (App 5bdi). On my friends roof (18m) sencecap 6 bdi mcgill 10m lmr400 (App 5dbi). since 3 weeks i am analysing the hotspots.. the result is that the sencecap work better (double of witnesses and make 0,4-0,6 HNT/day). The Hotspot distance are about 90m. when they witness the same hotspot, yes bobcat have better RSSI and better SNR but final result (about half of witness) is that i earn with the bobcat about 0,1-0,2 HNT/day. What do you think about trying only amp without filter or do you have another solution i can try? the amp is on max.. Thank you

The app is absolutely wrong. The amplified rf signal cannot be amplified a second time. No matter how many boosters you install, the result will always be 10 db gain.

Hi. You can adjust the TX power. Counterclockwise is MIN(+5db) and clockwise is MAX(+11db) 👍

Connect the saw filter to OUT port of the amplifier!

Hi. I can adjust TX between 5-11db. If i put a saw filter, then TX is between 2.5-8.5db!(RX with saw filter is also 8.5db)

yes I get it there is a small clock on the motherboard it is white you can operate the tx with it. did you adjust it?
