Man, AMECA’s emotions are on another level! It’s kind of wild (and a bit unsettling) to see robots pulling off these human-like expressions and interactions. The moment with Azi was actually pretty funny, but it also makes you think about how blurred the line between human and machine is getting. I want to see the pair in full Hollywood-level makeup and wardrobe so they are made to look human - proper skin tone, hair, clothing and set backdrop - THEN let 'em get into it. Yeah, they are both ugly and crazed looking. I don't know why they make the creases next to the nose so deep to give a permanent sneer expression and such extreme frowns. Beauty is subjective but if it's more than 80% of perception then that is the accepted standard. If there's no specific requirement to make a robot "ugly" or neutral in appearance, designing it to be beautiful and adorable could provide many advantages... :-)
